3 bedroom house for rent

Broadland Housing Association is to purchase a 3 bedroom house for rent in Bee Orchid Way, Rockland St Mary. .

 

The house is being purchased with funds provided through a planning obligation by the developer of a site in Bramerton, and this house is the most suitable property to become available in the vicinity.  It is expected that Broadland HA will complete the purchase about 20 March 2026, and they will advertise it soon afterwards through the 'HomeOptions' website: https://www.southnorfolkandbroadlandhomeoptions.org.uk/  Anyone on the South Norfolk Housing Register, who is eligible to apply for a 3 bedroom house, will be eligible to express their interest (‘bid’) through the 'HomeOptions' website.

 

The local connection order of priority is:

1.1              Residents of the parish of Bramerton who have lived in parish for a total of at least 3 of the last 10 years;

1.2               Former Residents of the parish of Bramerton who lived in the parish for at least 3 of the last 10 years;

1.3               Residents of the parish of Bramerton who have lived in the parish or the neighbouring parishes of Kirby Bedon, Framingham Pigot, Yelverton, Holverston, Rockland St Mary and Surlingham for the last 3 years or more;

1.4               People working in the parish of Bramerton and have done so for the last year or more for at least 10 hours each week;

1.5               Residents of the neighbouring parishes of Kirby Bedon, Framingham Pigot, Yelverton, Holverston, Rockland St Mary and Surlingham who have lived in one or more of those parishes (or the parish of Bramerton) for the last 3 years or more;

1.6               Residents of the parish of Bramerton who have lived in that parish for less than 3 years;

1.7               Residents of the neighbouring parishes of Kirby Bedon, Framingham Pigot, Yelverton, Holverston, Rockland St Mary and Surlingham who have lived in those parishes (or the parish of Bramerton) for less than 3 years;

1.8               Residents of South Norfolk;

1.9               Any other person.
